United States Shipping Rates

● Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75.

● Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $6.50 on orders under $75.

Canada Shipping Rates

● Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Once your order has shipped, you can generally expect delivery within 3–10 days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to its destination.

These processing and delivery estimates apply to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

USPS Tracking: If your tracking information shows no movement, your package may still be in transit. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they reach a processing facility or their final destination.

FedEx 2-Day Shipping

FedEx 2-Day Shipping applies to business days only. Please allow at least one business day for order processing. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. eastern Time may require additional processing time.

Customs and Duties

Canadian Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges required to receive their orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

VitzBoost is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your package is delayed, appears to be missing, or has tracking issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
